Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, physically receive the product.

2. How to Notify Us To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Pet Policy by means of a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

3. Returning the Product After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

The product should, as far as reasonably possible, be returned unused, undamaged and preferably in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds If you withdraw from the agreement, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Pet Policy may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If an order is fully returned and the purchase amount is refunded, the corresponding contribution to animal welfare will also lapse. Contributions to animal welfare are only made for purchases that are definitively kept.

5. Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

This exception only applies when this is clearly stated with the product.
