5. Payment Information Payments are processed securely through Mollie.

We share the information necessary to process a payment, such as the order amount, payment reference and relevant customer information, with Mollie.

Pet Policy does not store or have direct access to complete payment credentials, such as full credit-card numbers or online-banking login details.

Mollie may process personal data in accordance with its own legal obligations and privacy documentation.

6. Shipping and Delivery To prepare and deliver your order, we may share the necessary information with PostNL or another shipping provider selected for the delivery.

This may include your name, company name, delivery address, email address, telephone number where required and shipment information.

Shipping providers use this information to deliver the parcel, provide tracking updates and handle delivery-related enquiries.

7. Hosting and Other Service Providers We may share personal data with carefully selected service providers where this is necessary to operate our website, fulfil orders or comply with legal obligations. These providers may include:
